Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): In frozen section, reacts strongly with all simple epithelia. In paraffin embedded tissues, reacts weakly on methacarn or modified formalin fixed material. Formalin fixative is not advised. A protease pretreatment of the deparaffinized sections is advised. Immunocytochemistry: Strongly reacts with epithelial cells.
