Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:100 diluted in PBS. Stains muscle cells in human tissues. Frozen sections show excellent staining. On sections of formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissue the staining is somewhat reduced.
