UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections, followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG (1:25) and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex (1:50). Can be used on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors after pretreatment with 10 mM citric acid, pH 6.0 for 20 min. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.
