Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2.5-5 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2.5-5 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: A431 cells. Tonsil.
