Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitated p70 ZAP from 500 ug of RIPA lysates from Jurkat or Hut-78 cell lines.
