Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000 (detected p70 ZAP, which co-migrates with the 66kD protein standard, in 20 ug of a modified-RIPA lysate of human Jurkat cells. On immunoblots, this antiserum also recognizes two bands that migrate between the 66kD and 97kD protein standards. Recognition of these proteins is blocked by pre-incubating the antiserum with the immunizing peptide at 10mM). Positive Antigen Control: Jurkat cell lysate. Use 20 ug per lane for minigels. Immunoprecipitation: 5ul.
