Recommended blocking buffer: Casein//Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubation buffer. Immunoprecipitation: 1 ug/1E6 SW480 cells. Immunocytochemistry: 1-10 ug/ml (2-5 ug/ml for DAB staining).
