This FN50 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of resting and 6-hour TPA-activated human PBMC. This can be used at 5 ul (0.015 ug) per 100 ul blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 ul total staining volume). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
