ShortWebDescription :
CCR7 antibody LS-C106301 is a PE-conjugated rat monoclonal antibody to human CCR7. Validated for Flow.
UsageText :
This 3D12 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.125 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the staining incubation time be increased to at least 45 minutes at 4°C for optimal staining. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
