ShortWebDescription :
CD278 antibody LS-C105881 is an FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to CD278 (ICOS ) from human, pig and primate. Validated for Flow.
UsageText :
This ISA-3 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of unstimulated and anti-CD3/CD28-activated (3 days) human blood leukocytes. This can be used at 20 uL (1 ug) per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 uL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
