ShortWebDescription :
CD3 antibody LS-C105772 is an FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CD3. Validated for Flow.
UsageText :
This UCHT1 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 20 ul (1 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
