This 5D3-F7 antibody is offered in 2 formats:- ug size: has been tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.06 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. test size: 5 ul (0.008 ug)/test- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining for flow cytometric analysis. This can be used at test size: 20 ul (0.03ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
