ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), when used as a capture antibody at a concentration of 2-4 ug/ml, this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant human BMP-7/OP-1 when used with biotinylated antigen-affinity purified anti-hBMP-7/OP-1 (LS-C104294) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 ug/ml.
