ShortWebDescription :
STAT5 A+B antibody LS-C10419 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to STAT5 A+B (pTyr694/Tyr699) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for WB.
UsageText :
0.5-1 ug/ml. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 mg/ml detects phosphorylated STAT5A/B in lysates from 3T3 cells stimulated with PDGF and from HeLa cells stimulated with interferon-a (IFN-a). HeLa cell lysates were prepared from cells stimulated with (lane 1) and without (lane 2) IFN-a. The lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-pSTAT5A/ B (0.5 mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
