Western Blot Analysis: A 1:2000 dilution detected STAT5A in RIPA lysates from Nb2-SP cells. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ul immunoprecipitated STAT5A from 500 ug of Nb2-SP RIPA lysate. Western Blot Analysis: Nb2-SP cell lysate (20 ug) was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-STAT5A (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot Analysis: STAT5A was immunoprecipitated from Nb2-SP cell lysate (500 ug) using anti-STAT5A (4ul). The reduced immuno-complex was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-STAT5A (1:2000), lane 2, or the secondary antibody alone, lane 1. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
