Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Gel Mobility Shift Assay. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug. Gel Mobility Shift Assay: 0.05-1.0ug. Positive control: Human A431 cells (+/- EGF treatment), WI-38 human fibroblasts, NIH 3T3 cells and 293T cells transfected with a mouse STAT3 expression plasmid. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
