Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 1:500-1:2000 detected phosphorylated STAT2 in HeLa whole cell RIPA lysate stimulated with interferon gamma (0.3 ng/ml) for 16-20 hours and then treated with interferon alpha (2000 units/ml) for 20 minutes.
