Applications for this product include direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Workingstrength must be determined by the user for each specific application but a starting range of 1:5 - 1:20 is recommended. Acetone fixation ofthe antigen source is recommended prior to staining. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
