Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rmsFRP-3 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: Use at 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rmsFRP-3 is ~0.8 ng/well. Immunohistochemistry: Will detect sFRP-3 in cells and tissues at 5-15 ug/ml.
