Testing was performed using the recombinant antigen as the sample. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human sFRP-1. The detection limit for rhsFRP-1 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing. conditions.
