UsageText :
Suitable for use in Neutralization, Direct ELISA, Western Blot. Neutralization: ~20 ng of antibody will neutralize 50% of the activity due to 1 ng of rhSLPI. Inhibits trypsin-catalyzed hydrolysis of tosyl-Gly-Pro-Lys-4-nitroanilide acetate. Recombinant human SLPI will inhibit trypsin activity at a 1:1 molar ratio of rhSLPI to active trypsin. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhSLPI is approximately 0.03 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human SLPI. The detection limit for rhSLPI is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
