Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 57.4 kDa according to NP_006331.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150-170 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
