The antibody can be used on frozen sections and paraffin embedded tissue without proteolytic treatment. As positive control pituitary gland is recommended. Optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilutions, a dilution of 1:10 is advised, based on the Indirect method. With a normal ABC method the dilution can be 5-10 times higher.
