UsageText :
The antibody is a useful marker for histopathology. It can be used to distinguish between ovarian carcinomas and colon carcinomas in paraffin embedded tissue sections. The antibody can be used on paraffin embedded human tissue, fixed with 4% formalin or with Bouin solution. It is advised to pretreat the tissue with 0.1% pronase, 0.1% trypsin in PBS or with 0.5% pepsin in 0.01 N HCl. Advised working dilution: 1:25-1:50.
