Western Blot: Use the lysate in SDS buffer but without boiling, incubating for 20 mins at 37°C instead.Tested in Western blot using rat brain lysates. The antibody was also tested in Western blot using a cell extract from a combination of T98G,PC3, MCF7, Jurkat, HUVEC, HL-60, HepG2, HEK293 ,HeLa, HCT116, A49 and A431 cells.
