HepG2 cell extract (left lane) or NIH 3T3 cell extract (right lane) probed with monoclonal anti-PARC antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence. In all human cell lines tested, this antibody recognizes a non-specific 66 kD protein in addition to PARC.
