ShortWebDescription :
Adenosine A2A Receptor antibody LS-B3067 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Adenosine A2A Receptor (ADORA2A) (aa373-391) from dog. It is reactive with human and dog. Validated for IHC, IP and WB.
UsageText :
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3067 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3067 was determined to be 1:50. Western Blot: 1:1000 detects an ~45kD protein from canine striatum representing A2aAR. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections): 1:100. Staining of A2aAR in human hippocampus yields a pattern consistent with plasma membrane staining.
