Rabbit
Product Name :
IHC-plus™ IDH / Isocitrate Dehydrogenase Antibody LS-B2329
Specificity :
Binds both Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and DHEAS, demonstrating minimal cross-reactivity with Progesterone and Testosterone. DHEA is the most abundant hormone in the human body and a precursor of all the sex hormones. It is synthesized principally in the adrenal glands and gonads from cholesterol, through conversion to pregnenolone and 17a-Hydroxypregnenolone, by the action of P450 enzymes. DHEA is mainly found in serum as the sulphated form (DHEAS), a reversible reaction catalyzed by sulfotransferase in the adrenal glands, liver and small intestine.

ShortWebDescription :
Isocitrate Dehydrogenase antibody LS-B2329 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Isocitrate Dehydrogenase (IDH) from pig. It is reactive with human, broad and pig. Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB.
UsageText :
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2329 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2329 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
