Product Name :
IHC-plus™ HP / Haptoglobin Antibody LS-B12951
Specificity :
Recognizes the three types of human haptoglobin (Types 1-1, 2-1, 2-2). By ELISA, recognizes human haptoglobin as the purified antigen and in serum when complexed with human hemoglobin or captured by antibodies. Reacts against native and denatured (non-reduced) human haptoglobin in an Western Blot or Dot Blot. Fails to recognize the different haptoglobin type under reducing conditions. Does not cross-react with human IgG, transferrin, CRP, alpha-1-acid glycoprotein, albumin or hemoglobin, nor with bovine, goat or sheep serum as determined by competitive ELISA.
