This antibody recognizes tingible macrophages, interdigitating macrophages of lymph nodes and tissue macrophages. The antibody stains a subpopulation of endothelial cells, most prominently those in capillaries and smaller blood vessels. The antibody also reacts with monocytes, but not with B and T lymphocytes.
