Western blot of anti-Phospho-H3-pS10 antibody in CEM cell line lysate (35 ug/lane). Phospho-H3-pS10(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

Western blot analysis of Histone H3 expression in HEK293T (A); COLO205 (B) whole cell lysates.

Immunohistochemical analysis of Histone H3 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
