Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma with Hsp 60 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of HSPA14 expression in K562 (A); HeLa (B); NIH3T3 (C); rat kidney (D) whole cell lysates.
Immunohistochemical analysis of HSPA14 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
