Immunoassay for quantitative estimation of Tylosin in cell culture supernatant and other purified systems including vaccines. It is primarily used in cats, dogs, and small mammals to treat diarrhea and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.Intended for determination of Tylosin in Cell Culture supernatants and other purified systems including vaccines

KRIBIOLISA™ Tylosin ELISA kit is based on indirect-competitive ELISA technology. The microtiter wells are coated with antigen. Tylosin residue in the sample competes with the antigen coated on the plate for the antibody. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, TMB substrate is used to show the color. Absorbance of the sample is negatively related to the Tylosin residue in it, after comparing with the Standard Curve, multiplied by the dilution factor, tetracyclines residue in the sample can be calculated.
