Description :

CXCL3 may play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.

A synthesized peptide derived from human CXCL3(Accession P19876), corresponding to amino acid residues E73-N107.
