Description :

HLA-DR Monomorphic recognizes a monomorphic epitope on ovine MHC class II DR molecules, constitutively expressed on antigen presenting cells such as dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, activated T lymphocytes and may be induced on a range of other cell types by interferon gamma. HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry.
