product information
Catalog Number :
10321
Item Name :
sAPP-Beta-sw (6A1) Anti-Human Mouse IgG MoAb
Description :
This antibody can be stained in sAPPβ-sw gene transfected COS cells after fixation by 20% formalin containing methanol solution without any pretreatment by several cytochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) Method. On the other hand, the antibody can not stained sAPPβ-wild type gene transfected COS cells by same procedure. The optimal dilution is about 5μg/ml, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories. This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of about 5μg /ml. This antibody can not be used for immuno-precipitation.
