Lane 1: THP-1 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 2: THP-1 treated with 50ng/mL PMA for 72 hours cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 3: THP-1 treated with 100ng/mL PMA for 72 hours cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: Mouse small intestine tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Lane 5: Rat lung tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Lane 6: Mouse small intestine tissue lysate, the membrane treated with λpp for 1 hour (40 µg/Lane) Lane 7: Rat lung tissue lysate, the membrane treated with λpp for 1 hour (40 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 78 kDa Observed band size: 78 kDa Exposure time: 1 minute 50 seconds; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
