Lane 1: HT-29 cell lysate (15 µg/Lane) Lane 2: A431 cell lysate (15 µg/Lane) Lane 3: Human small intestine tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Lane 4: Mouse small intestine tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Lane 5: Rat small intestine tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Lane 6: Human kidney tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Lane 7: Mouse colon tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Lane 8: Rat colon tissue lysate (30 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 35 kDa Observed band size: 35/38kDa Exposure time: 3 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
