Background :

G-protein coupled receptor GPR49 (also known as Leucine-rich repeat containing G-protein coupled receptor 5, Lgr5) is closely related to members of the glycoprotein hormone receptor subfamily. It is expressed in skeletal muscle, placenta, spinal cord, and various regions of the brain . GPR49 is reported to possibly mark stem cells in multiple adult tissues and is over expressed in cancers .

Immunogen :

A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 824 and 907 of human GPR49.

Buffer :

50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA.
