Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ulcerative colitis tissue using E-Cadherin antibody (GTX100443).

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed A431, using E-cadherin(GTX100443) antibody (Green) at 1:1000 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2500.

E-cadherin antibody detects E-cadherin protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: MCF7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 min. Green: E-cadherin protein stained by E-cadherin antibody (GTX100443) diluted at 1:1000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10 ?m.
