Product Name :
BIOLIKE® Infliximab conformational ELISA
Product Type :
Kit
Size :
3 x 96 wells
Product Description :
The BIOLIKE® Infliximab conformational ELISA kit is a systematic and sensitive immunoassay that uses a panel of more than 30 antibodies to measure the structural conformation of Infliximab to enable a Higher Order Structure (HOS) comparison to a biosimilar mAb.
Background :
Infliximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody against TNF-α. TNF-α is a cytokine, or chemical messenger, and a key part of the autoimmune reaction. Infliximab was first approved by the FDA in 1998 for the treatment of Crohn’s disease. It has subsequently been approved for use in treating psoriasis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. This kit will allow for conformational comparison between biosimilars and authentic Infliximab.
Uses :
For the systematic 3-D conformational comparability analysis of a biosimilar to Infliximab.
Application Summary :
ELISA, Colorimetric detection
Storage :
+4°C
