The BIOLIKE® Trastuzumab conformational ELISA kit is a systematic and sensitive immunoassay that uses a panel of more than 30 antibodies to measure the structural conformation of Trastuzumab to enable a Higher Order Structure (HOS) comparison to a biosimilar mAb.
Background :
Trastuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the HER2/neu receptor. Trastuzumab is approved for use in treating certain breast cancers and is being tested for other cancers that overexpress HER2/neu. This kit will allow for conformational comparison between biosimilars and authentic Trastuzumab.
