This antibody conjugate is used in the AMP'D® HSP70 high sensitivity ELISA kit (Prod. no. ENZ-KIT-101) and has been successfully employed for use with the APP ΔC31 ELISA kit (Prod. no. ADI-900-227) as part of our AMP'D® detection system to increase the sensitivity of this ELISA ~10-fold.

Buffer :
Liquid (100 ng/ml). In 0.05M TRIS-HCl, pH 8.0, containing 0.075M sodium chloride, 0.05% hydorol M, 0.5% BSA, 0.05% Tween-20, and 50% Stabilzyme-AP.
Uses :
For certified AMP'D® ELISA kit development.
