Product Description :
Digoxigenin is a non-radioactive immune-tag, widely used for in situ hybridization and protein labeling. Pairing with anti-digoxigenin antibodies, digoxigenin tag allows the detection of interested biomolecules with high affinity and specificity. Digoxigenin NHS ester reacts with amino groups within biomolecules (nucleic acid, proteins, etc) and enables the attachment of digoxigenin into these molecules.
