For the isolation and enrichment of FAT10 interacting proteins. FAT10 agarose conjugate may have potential utility for the capture/pull down of FAT10-interacting partners, including processing/signaling pathway proteins and FAT10 target proteins, from cell lysates and extracts by affinity binding. The immobilized protein retains the exposed C-terminal diglycine required for FAT10 modification and therefore may be suitable for in vitro FAT10 conjugation. It is anticipated that captured proteins may be eluted for identification, analysis or subsequent biochemical reaction.
