Product Name :
ISG15 (human), (recombinant) (agarose immobilized)
Product Type :
Protein
Size :
0.5 ml
Product Description :
For isolation and enrichment of ISG15 interacting proteins. ISG15 agarose may have considerable utility for the capture/pull down of ISG15 interacting partners, including processing/signalling pathway proteins and ISG15 modification substrates, from cell lysates and extracts by affinity binding. The immobilized protein retains the exposed C-terminal diglycine required for ISG15 modification and therefore may be suitable for in vitro ISGylation. Captured proteins can be eluted readily for identification, analysis or subsequent biochemical reaction.
Buffer :
Supplied as a 50% slurry in 100mM TRIS, pH 8.0, 500 mM NaCl, 0.09% sodium azide.
Uses :
Uses:. Capture and analysis of ISG15 interacting proteins from cell/tissue lysates. Isolation of specific ISG15 interacting proteins for use in subsequent biochemical experiments. Identification of novel ISG15 interacting partners. Identification of potential ISGylation substrates through covalent addition to ISG15 target proteins.
