Product Name :
NEDD8 (human), (recombinant) (agarose immobilized)
Product Type :
Protein
Size :
0.5 ml
Product Description :
For isolation and enrichment of NEDD8 interacting proteins. NEDD8 agarose may have considerable utility for the capture/pull down of NEDD8 interacting partners, including processing/signalling pathway proteins and NEDD8 modification substrates, from cell lysates and extracts by affinity binding. The immobilized protein retains the exposed C-terminal diglycine required for NEDD8 modification and therefore may be suitable for in vitro NEDDylation. Captured proteins can be eluted readily for identification, analysis or subsequent biochemical reaction.
Uses :
Uses:. Capture and analysis of NEDD8 interacting proteins from cell/tissue lysates. Isolation of specific NEDD8 interacting proteins for use in subsequent biochemical experiments. Identification of novel NEDD8 interacting partners. Identification of potential NEDDylation substrates through covalent addition to NEDD8 target proteins.
