The N-terminus is myristoylated to allow cell permeability. Peptide inhibitor of atypical PKC’s (calcium/phorbol ester/diacyglycerol insensitive). Useful in conjunction with the Myristoylated PKC (20-28), Cell-permeable PKC Inhibitor (BML-P205).
