Product Description :

Less potent than LTD4 in smooth muscle contractile activity and mucus secretion in airways. Reduces myocardial contractility and coronary blood flow. Induces long lasting hypotension and airway hyperresponsiveness. Partial agonist at LTD4 receptors. LTE4 solely activates a CysLT1 receptor. Biosynthesis from LTD4 by a dipeptidase.
