Product Description :
KN-93 is a potent, selective and cell-permeable inhibitor of CaM kinase II (IC50=370 nM). Does not significantly inhibit PKA. Causes cell-cycle arrest in NIH 3T3 fibroblasts and HeLa cells. Inhibits glucose-induced and forskolin-stimulated insulin release from isolated pancreatic islets of Langerhans. Induces G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in NIH 3T3 cells.
